About Our Team
Angela Zhou, CPA
Founding Partner
Angela Zhou is a licensed CPA with extensive experience in tax preparation, accounting, and IRS-related matters, particularly for small and mid-sized businesses and high net-worth individuals. She is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients by delivering responsive, professional, and value-added services tailored to each business’s unique needs. Angela earned her Master of Accounting degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and began her career at Ernst & Young, one of the Big Four accounting firms. After a decade in public accounting, she founded her own practice with the mission of providing comprehensive, high-quality tax and accounting services to business owners across a wide range of industries. Angela is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with family and friends.
Jimmy Xie, Chief Operating Officer, Financial Consultant
Mr. Xie obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University and currently a CPA candidate. He is an expert in tax planning and serves as the principle financial advisor for our small business clients. He is passionate about helping business owners and high net-worth individuals thrive financially by providing valuable tax strategies to max out every tax credit that they qualified for. Mr. Xie is a big sports fan and enjoys cooking as a hobby.
Wendy Liu, Chief Marketing Officer
Wendy has more than 20 years in client services and marketing field. She specializes in various marketing methods including digital marketing and public relations. She plays a strategic role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing market research, and guiding marketing activities across various channels.
